Delivery Policy

As standard we offer free UK mainland next working day delivery (excluding Bank Holidays. Order by 2pm previous working day), for all products in stock on our website over the value of £100.01 (excl. VAT). For orders of £100.00 or under (excl. VAT), there will be a delivery charge of £6.85 (£8.22 incl. VAT). This will automatically be applied to your basket at the checkout.

There is a delivery charge of £19.50 excl. VAT (£23.40 incl. VAT) applied to non-mainland UK postcodes. Non-mainland includes (but is not limited to): Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight

Should you live outside of UK mainland or require your order sooner, we can offer a faster service at a charge, depending on availability.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification detailing your tracking number, so you can follow your item(s) on their way to you.

3D printers are large and heavy items and may require 2 people to lift. A signature is required for all deliveries, and we reserve the right to charge extra after a failed delivery attempt for redelivery as detailed in our terms and conditions.

Collection from Store

Some items are eligible to collect from our Reading showroom. Where this option is available, you can select the “Collect in Store” option during the checkout process. You will receive an email confirmation when your item is ready to collect.

Restrictions

Sorry, but we don't deliver to BFPO (British Forces Posted Overseas) addresses and we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows. Please note we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address not to be secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

International Shipping

Whilst we typically work with customers based in the UK, delivering to UK addresses or arranging collection from our showroom, we may be able to assist you if you are based overseas. Please contact us for more details.

Packaging

The packaging on the 3D printers has been designed and tested to ensure your printer is delivered as safely as possible. In the unfortunate event that the packaging appears damaged, please ensure you note this when signing for the package. Having checked the contents should there be any signs of damage, please ensure you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Onsite Set Up

We offer an onsite installation service. We can come to your premises to install and calibrate your 3D printer and provide expert training. View our range of engineering services for more information.
