Reduce Operational Costs

Reduce operational costs through 3D printed tooling, whilst increasing operator safety.

3D print bespoke operator tooling, safety guards and ergonomic handles to improve operational efficiencies and lower costs, particularly in a multi-vendor or brand site, that uses mixed age machinery.

Extend Machinery Life

Extend the lifetime of your machinery and reduce your MRO budgets.

3D print light-weight end of arm tooling (EOAT) to reduce pay loads.

3D print replacement MRO parts to get production lines up and running within minutes.

Optimise Changeovers

Consolidate and optimise end-effector solutions for optimised changeovers.

Produce bespoke fit EOAT with a range of mounting configurations, and enhanced functionality such as sensor mounting and cable routing to reduce entanglement or collision.

Reduce Warehousing

Reduce inventory costs by digitalising files and reducing the need to hold physical stock.

3D print on demand components, tooling and replacement parts at lower cost, and at time of need rather than relying on MOQs from external suppliers on long-lead times.

Streamline Packaging Designs & Tooling

Fabricate moulds to develop packaging designs and associated tooling faster and at lower cost.

Use 3D printed moulds to test aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.

Food Safe Materials

Applications of Additive Manufacturing within the Food & Beverage industry are further expanding with the release of Food Safe materials, from food contact safe through to metal detectable materials.

Markforged Nylon White FS Material

Nylon White FS from Markforged is an unfilled, non-abrasive Nylon that is certified by NSF to NSF/ANSI Standard 51, Food Equipment Materials and is compliant with FDA CFR Title 21.

It is ideal for production tooling and MRO applications on food and beverage factory floors, such as guides, chutes, pushers, and funnels, where the use of a food-contact certified material is required or preferred.

Metal Detectable Materials

Blue coloured polyamide and blue metal detectable Nylon materials. A high visual colour contrast material against most food products, or for metal x-ray detection on processing and packaging lines.
